IELTS practice tests for all four skills
Practise Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking in a computer-focused workflow. Start with one weak skill, then use a full IELTS mock test to check timing and consistency.
A better computer-test routine
- 1. Diagnose: choose the skill costing you the most marks.
- 2. Drill: practise that skill or question type repeatedly.
- 3. Time: repeat under realistic time pressure.
- 4. Confirm: take a full mock and compare your pattern of mistakes.

Start practiceUse practice to fix weaknesses. Use mocks to test readiness.
A full mock is useful for pacing and endurance, but repeating full tests alone can hide the reason a score is stuck. If Matching Headings, Listening multiple choice or Writing Task 1 is the problem, drill that skill first and return to a full mock after the pattern improves.
A simple weekly cycle
Days 1–3: targeted practice on the weakest skill.
Day 4: timed section practice with no pauses.
Day 5: review errors and repeat the same question type.
Weekend: complete a full mock and compare the result with the previous mock.

IELTS practice test FAQs
Can I practise IELTS on a computer?
Yes. CBI Prep provides browser-based IELTS-style practice for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking, plus full mock-test flows. The practice is designed to build familiarity with on-screen timing, navigation and typed answers.
Should I practise individual IELTS skills or take full mock tests?
Use both. Targeted practice is useful when one skill or question type is weak. Full mock tests are better for checking pacing, concentration and your ability to move through several skills under exam-like time pressure.
Does CBI Prep offer Academic and General Training practice?
Yes. The practice area includes Academic and General Training pathways. Listening and Speaking share the same broad test format, while Reading and Writing differ between Academic and General Training.
Is CBI Prep an official IELTS website?
No. CBI Prep is an independent preparation platform. Its questions and examples are IELTS-style practice materials and are not official IELTS test questions.
