Information we process
CBI Prep may process account details, practice activity, test responses, device and browser information, support communications, and service logs needed to operate and improve the platform. Audio or written responses are processed when a learner chooses features that require them.
How information is used
Information is used to provide practice features, maintain platform security and reliability, troubleshoot problems, improve content and user experience, communicate service information, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
CBI Prep may use infrastructure, database, analytics, communications, storage, and artificial-intelligence service providers to operate features. Providers receive only the information needed for the relevant service and are subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and choices
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, platform security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Where available, users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through CBI Prep support.
Children and exam ownership
CBI Prep is an independent test-preparation service. It is not IELTS and does not control the privacy practices of IELTS test owners or external websites linked from the platform.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the platform changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date shown on this page.
