Practice service
CBI Prep provides independent IELTS-style preparation materials, practice interfaces, mock tests, study tools, and related educational features. Practice estimates and feedback are for preparation purposes only and are not official IELTS results.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, scrape or redistribute protected platform content at scale, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Accounts and content
Users are responsible for information submitted through their accounts and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. CBI Prep may remove or restrict content or access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
Availability
The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. CBI Prep works to maintain reliable practice experiences but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular exam outcome.
Intellectual property and trademarks
CBI Prep platform software, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. IELTS is a trademark of its respective owners. CBI Prep is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by IELTS or its test owners.
Updates
These terms may be updated as features or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
